Regardless, of whatever you think of posting them, memes are good fun – and I dare you to show me a person who doesn’t go through their answers in their head when reading one. We humans are a self-centered race after all.

Anyway, it’s been a while since I posted one and Ben from Pudding Relations tagged me this morning with a kitschy one started by Jed Hallam.  It’s called ‘three for three.’  It asks your favorite non-work related websites, cocktails and karaoke songs.  (I’m thinking he must have had karaoke on the mind since we weren’t able to go after Twestival. Nine people, nine quid each for one hour of karaoke at Lucky Voice. Can we say rip off?)

Without further ado:

Favorite non-work Websites

  1. Overheard Everywhere – A mash-up of all the Overheard sites.  A sort of of ‘People Say the Darndest Things,’ but with more, erm, inappropriate content.
  2. Jezebel – Fashion, celebs, women’s rights, news and smut.
  3. Mental Floss – A site mostly about stuff you never thought you needed to know but totally do.

Conclusions: Mostly I just like to take my mind off things. Overheard Everywhere is my lol site, Jezebel is my info-tainment and Mental Floss is just like their tagline: so I ‘can feel smart again.’

Favorite cocktails

  1. Mojito
  2. Vanilla stoli and cranberry
  3. Maker’s Mark Manhattan on the rocks (usually a bad idea by the time I think it’s a good idea)

Conclusions: Just like my music tastes, my cocktail choices are seasonal.  The colder it gets, the darker and more comforting the drink.

Favorite karaoke congs
